Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: 14:00 (2:00 PM)  
- Check-out:: 11:00 (11:00 AM)

Minimum Age
- Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation.

Payment & Identification
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit/debit cards.

- Cash is not accepted.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation at check-in.
- The name on the ID and the credit card must match.

Pets
- One pet is allowed per stay with a $150 fee per stay.
- Service animals are accepted with valid documentation and are not subject to the pet fee.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation terms depend on the rate selected at booking.

- Flexible rates allow cancellation within the stated window.

- Best Rate (Non‑Refundable) bookings can’t be changed or cancelled.

 

Occupancy & Additional Guests
- Nightly rates include up to 2 adults.
- Additional guests above 2 adults are $100 per guest, per night.
- Occupancy limits vary by room type.
